I posted an apt for rent on citycribs and the next day i had several calls and emails. within 2 days i had found the perfect tenant. the website was easy to use, it took about 15 minutes to upload photos of the apt and write a description, details, etc. i highly recommend citycribs if you are trying to rent, buy, or find a tenant. it was straightforward and highly effective.

Part of being a real estate agent is the endless job of posting ads on various websites, tirelessly fishing for leads, and competing with the hordes of other agents who make it impossible to have a monogamous relationship with a customer. Usually an ad posted on Craigslist will be buried under 75 other ads just like it within the hour and the NY Times real estate section functions more and more as a picture gallery than a listing service. So what are agents and apartment shoppers suppose to do? CityCribs seems to be the right place to both shop and sell apartments. The other day night I put up the same 12 ads on all three respective websites and the next morning I woke up with 3 new customers - all from CityCribs. If this was a taste test it would be a no-brainer, but the real estate game has too many flavors to simplify into just that. From a buyer/renters perspective CityCribs is a secret treasure that no one else really no knows about; it makes you feel like you've discovered something. It's also set up to be intuitive for the shopper. From a real estate agent's perspective it's great for all the above reasons and the user interface is really the best out there right now. It consolidates all of your ads and leads on the server which no other website does. Uploading information is a cinch, and updating ads is even easier. Having been built by a former real estate agent it thinks like a real estate agent, which adds to its incredible sensibility. CityCribs is a fresh new addition to the internet real estate marketplace.

After searching the web for ever, I found CityCribs to be the easiest most functional real estate web site I came across. It looks good, easy to understand and it asked all the questions I needed... very user friendly. Most of all, it has great listings and no rubbish. I highly recommend CityCribs to anyone looking for a great home.

I had been looking for an apartment to move to in NYC for a while, saw a lot of junk places and dealt with difficult people. A friend recommended me citycribs.com and within a week I found the apartment I was looking for, without any stress or wasted time. Cribs allows you to see the apartments, prices and locations without having to commit to a broker or landlord up front. I really like the freedom I got with this function and I accessed it from home and work. The layout on the site is very user friendly and real a pleasure to use, compared to some of the other sites out there. I highly recommend this company/site to anyone who needs to find an apartment in any of their listed cities. 10 out of 10 on all levels. Thanks Cribs....

I found this site very useful and easy to use when i was looking for my apartment. I just leased my new apartment online through CityCribs. It couldn't have been any easier. I also love the thousands of pictures and easy to use search function. If you are looking for a new place check site out.

I owe my phat new crib to city cribs. using the advanced search options they where able to identify exactly what i was looking for. With a few clicks of my mouse and i was off to see a selection on new yorks apartments. i found the site to be functional and easy to use and i recommend friends daily to log on and get hooked up.

Thanks g-d for citycribs.com . One search and a few phone calls and i found a home - not just a place to sleep but something to call my own. My move from overseas was made easy by the details and listing options available. I would strongly recommend citycribs.com to locals and overseas visitors.

Found an apartment through citycribs six weeeks ago when i moved to NY. Site was quick and easy, many avaliable listings and options. I highly recommend this site for anyone looking for a place in NY. Other sites i found where sluggish and lacking in detail. happy customer!
